- Must be passionate to give out good-quality food.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to use FIFO method
- Ability to handle multiple tickets at once
- Assist with prep work, portioning and daily cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-the-house staff.
